Setting a Healing Intention for your Sound Bath

Before each Sound Bath, Sound Journey, or Sound Healing Session, you are invited to create a unique healing intention for that session.



Your healing intention is unique to you. It is your own personal mantra to reprogram the mind and provide a focus of healing intent while the sound waves maintain a deeply relaxed meditative state.


“Lets say you were struggling with insomnia for example. A positive healing intention would be: I will get more sleep, or deeper sleep, or longer sleep.”

Your wording is important. Keep it positive, Let's say you were struggling with insomnia for example. A positive healing intention would be: I will get more sleep, or deeper sleep, or longer sleep. State the result you wish to achieve.


Writing your Healing Intention


The action of writing your Healing Intention before your Sound Bath sets your intention into motion. This action has allowed the mind to clearly visualize the focus and this also allows the facilitator of a live Sound Healing Session to compliment your healing intention with the appropriate frequencies and combinations of sounds.


During a Sound Bath there will be times of silence between the sounds and there may also be distractions of environmental sounds or even the sounds of your own thoughts. All of these moments are perfect opportunities for you to focus on your Healing Intention, you own personal Healing Mantra for that session.
