Sound Meditation at Home

A Sound Meditation, Sound Bath, or Sound Journey at home is a powerful and deeply relaxing experience. In fact, it takes you to that place between sleeping and wakefulness that is the optimal time for our cells to repair.



In live studio sessions, I have experienced occasions where a client was having such a wonderful experience of floating that they took 20 to 30 minutes longer than the others to return to a waking state of being. It is from this experience that I recommend my online participants have a helper somewhere nearby to be aware of the time the session will complete.


“Let your helper know that you will be doing a deep relaxation meditative session with sound waves and ask them to insure you awaken at the completion of the session.”

It is important to have someone else present nearby who can insure that you awaken at the completion of an online sound healing session. Whether you session is live or pre-recorded there is a limitation of the facilitator to not be able to be with you in person that you complete the session in a fully awakened state of being.


A Safe Space to Heal


As a Sound Healing facilitator, it gives me great joy to create a safe space for you to self heal. It is important to me that you create a safe space for yourself as well when you are doing an online sound healing session. Having a friend or family member nearby and creating a comfortable space where you can fully relax for one hour without disruption from any other outside source during the session are important areas for you to prepare for the best possible experience to get the maximum benefit for your healing session.(#sound #healing #facilitator).


Sound Meditation at Home provides a safe and private space to experience a sound bath. Make sure you have a comfortable protected space prepared with a blankets, pillow, eye pillow, fully powered pc, headphones, muted cell phone, do not disturb sign, watchful helper, etc.
